At your service for three generations

The parish square has been Bressanone’s market place for centuries. Since the Middle Ages, people have met to buy their groceries and have a chat at the stalls, and the Palfrader delicatessen stand continues that tradition today. The Palfraders have been running their delicatessen stall since 1908, and the current owners are the third generation.

Until the 1970s, cars were still allowed in the square, but today the entire area is a pleasant pedestrian zone. For many residents, the delicatessen stand in front of the parish church has long been an essential feature of Bressanone’s townscape.
